If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on your item(s) within 6 months of the purchase once the item is unworn with all original tags attached. (NB: we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene).

How To Return Your Package

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed before November 22nd, 2023 will need to contact Customer Service and can be returned in a few easy steps. Orders placed from November 22nd, 2023 can proceed with the returns portal link below using clear instructions on how to successfully return your purchase. All returning items must have not been used, worn, or washed and are in their original packaging and all tags attached, you have 6 months to return your order from the date it’s delivered.

Our standard processing times for returns apply all year round. However, please note that our busiest period is from November to March. During this time, returns may take up to 14 days to process.

Exchanges are typically shipped within 24 hours after we've processed your return. In case of any delay due to item availability or other reasons, we'll promptly notify you.

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving and handling your return. You'll be refunded the cost of the item, excluding the initial shipping fee. Once initiated, an automated email confirms the refund, usually taking 2-3 workdays. The timeframe for credit/debit card reimbursement varies based on your bank's policies.

Our Exchange/Refund Procedure

This information needs to be provided in the returning package and is essential for a smooth return procedure.

  • Order Number
  • Detail the reason for the exchange/refund
  • The item you would like to purchase as part of the exchange
  • Your full postal address
  • Your telephone number

After you've paid for the label - you will be sent printable return documents to your email. The returns label we provide will include all the necessary instructions on how to complete your return including customs information. This information is important for your package to smoothly go through customs, avoiding extra fees and delays.

Please note that returns are usually processed within 7 business days from receipt at our returns centre. This may be slightly longer during peak times.

If you decide to use your own courier service, additional charges may apply & the returning package remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by our Warehouse. We also recommend that if you are using your own courier service that you retain full proof of sending in the event of a dispute between you and your courier.

Within your return package, please include the following:

  • Order Number

  • Name

  • The reason for return- exchange, refund or store credit. 

  • The Item you would like to purchase as part of the exchange.

  • Your full postal address, telephone number and email for shipping the replacement (if different from original order)

In the unlikely event of your product not having reached you in perfect condition please contact us immediately to arrange a return for a replacement. All we need the order number and a photograph of the issue so we can authorise the return. Damage/fault claims must be submitted within 2-3 days of receipt of your order, and we’ll look after you from here. 

Normal wear is not considered a defect.
